It\u2019s been several years since we\u2019ve avoided soliciting you during the christmas season because it already rings a lot in your wallet everywhere…<\/p>\n

*But there isn\u2019t, this year, we need to raise the level of the anti-rep and legal fund for the fight in Bure, our good old association Cacendr<\/a>*<\/p>\n

In front of us, Andra has decided to go into an accelerated and forced march, so we will have work on the legal side (the DUP proceedings at the ECHR, ongoing appeals against the DR0 (first phase of the preparatory work for Cig\u00e9o), and in the future the DAC, not counting the expropriations, the Odiinuc file, the nuclearization of the territory…).<\/p>\n

And as the Andra advances on the ground too, and dangerously “approaches” La Gare from which they wants to expel us, we will need a solid anti-rep box ; especially since the harassment of the gendarmes is becoming much more frequent (in the area or by summons).<\/p>\n

However, we had some great moments this year 2025 including the total and complete judicial relaxation of our team of “villains” and the Manif’ du Futur, not to mention the Haro festival in La Hague where many of us were from Bure. And our lawyers did not count their hours \ud83e\udd13 to attack the DR0 and its building permits.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

* Without the solidarity fund supported by Cacendr and therefore your
\ngenerosity (thanks again \ud83e\udd70), the judicial relaxation would have been much less
\ncertain : collective defense is the most important in the
\nsuccess, but still it is necessary to be able to pay several lawyers!
\nMoreover, 3 of the “malfaiteurs” are suing the State for their control
\njudicial abuses, just to go complain to the ECHR \ud83d\ude24.<\/p>\n

* Without Cacendr, the organization of the Manif’ du Futur would have been
\nmuch less fluid because it is Cacendr who was able to advance a large
\npart of the amounts committed (and which were reimbursed of course).<\/p>\n

* Without Cacendr, no Atomik Tour van \ud83e\udd29 speeding from Haro to
\nResistant or towards other infotours : it\u2019s Cacendr who ensures and
\nmaintains the machine that needed a lot of care in 2025 because
\nthe years and the counters turn but the engine still roars
\nso well!<\/p>\n
