Some news from the Gare

Hi !

Here’s a short text to inform that Meuse’s prefecture try to increase pressure with a “security commission” from department.

Departemental services want to visit the Gare, because they say that it’s an establisment open to the public. So, the Gare has to be up to standard, in their minds.

They forget that the Gare is an industrial wasteland, and life on this ground doesn’t give a shit to their standard. By opposite, their nuclear project is out of the rules. The rules of living-spaces, the rules of any living species.

It takes decades to transform the industrial space of the Gare to a living ground welcoming hundred of birds and others living species. The Hawthorn, now hudge on the Gare, create conditions to grow for other plants. But all of this complex and living process will be interrupt by eviction. We are aware that we dont have the forces to prevent this eviction. Face to the cops, theirs weapons and all the power of a nuclear state. But we will resist, by any means we are able to assume.

We will continue to inform about this administrativ process after the potential visit of the “security commission”. We continue to repeat the same calls :

– all people who are able to, come next to Bure and join us to protect the Gare

– all people who are able to, share the communication of bureburebure all around you

– all people who are able to, come to the demo “manif du futur” the 20th septembre next to Bure

The struggle in Meuse is alive, and it will be a long term.
