The Bure’lesques festival is back for its 5th edition ! On the program : three informative and festive days open to everyone for friendly and constructive moments in the center of a lively rural area, refusing to become the country’s nuclear megatrash, that of Bure (South Meuse)…

Let’s not forget : to date, there is no radioactive waste buried in Bure (Meuse/Haute-Marne), nor any infrastructure to receive it, just the “geological research laboratory” of ANDRA installed in 1999.
In 2026, the final opinion on CIGÉO’s Creation Authorization Application (DAC), which has been under express instruction for 3 years, will be published. The public inquiry announced for autumn has been brought forward to spring (May/June). This is a stretch when ANDRA has major safety demonstrations to provide and various official notices will not yet be published.
Will the CIGÉO shipyard get the green light ? This industrial mega-project does not hold water, both from a technological and ethical point of view, everything confirms it. Nothing is played and for 30 years, the citizen opposition does not weaken ! (more info on Burestop.eu and bureburebure.info)
