Many prefectural orders, requisitions, and conduct to be taken in case of inspections

In recent days, there have been increased checks by the police on the roads. Reinforcements were sent en masse for the weekend, with unconfirmed reports of up to 800 gendarmes mobilized, occupying ibis hotels and gendarmeries. Requisitions

In recent days, the Ministry’s prosecutor has issued many requisitions ; legally, they cannot make permanent requisitions, but he perpetually renews them, which could be attacked if there were a trial related to a control. Requisitions, unlike prefectural orders, are not known in advance, and give rights to control the vehicle and its passengers, things that cops cannot do without.

The locations of requisitions change depending on the requisitions ; it’s important to check that you are on a route that works for them, but here are the ones from one of the requisitions :

Officially, the requisitions are intended to find : narcotics, weapons, explosives, and concealment, but the document on the actions to be taken clearly states that it is for intelligence purposes and provocation.

Prefectural orders

Prefectural decrees have been published in Meuse and Haute Marne. They have never been applied to the letter (in the past, they have already imposed traffic bans on villages! It has not prevented people from moving around). However, it serves as a pretext for them to combine requisitions with intense control and sometimes seize equipment or impose fines. It is the prefecture that makes it public, but often at the last minute, and with a poor quality document to piss people off, and ends up on the “collection of administrative acts” (in french).

• The first decree published on April 15, applied from Thursday, April 16 – 8:00 a.m. to Sunday, April 19 10:00 p.m., downloadable here (in french) (the one for the upper marne to download here (in french) says about the same thing).

It prohibits during this period in a certain number of municipalities (to be consulted in the order) the transport of fireworks, fuels, fuels, acids or chemicals, and used tires unless duly justified. It is also prohibited to carry spray paint, transport objects that can be used as weapons, building materials, beams, straws, wood, sound equipment, objects that allow the user to conceal their face, and the consumption of alcohol from groups 3 to 5 on public roads.

• The second order published on April 16, which can be downloaded here, will take place on Sunday, April 18 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

It prohibits : the circulation of pedestrians and motorists near Lejuc Wood (except residents), and a set of rural roads linked to Lejuc Wood to be read in order page 4.

It allows up to 6 cameras at the same time with a helicopter and 4 drone charters on Bure, Mandres, and Gondrecourt-le-chateau.

In reality, the helicopter has already been operating for a few days, without any prior authorizations.
