No work planned today, we partied well on Saturday night it was nice crếpes with chocolate ganache and good sound. We prepare for the gathering on Wednesday, we meet in front of the court and at La Gare afterwards for the Banquet.

Today, the archaeologists left after the lunch break, all the holes are filled up, we don’t know where the work will continue, surprise for next week.

Like yesterday, the work started very early this morning, the difference being that it was ugly, wind and rain at the meeting. It is the meadow next to it that was targeted by excavations under high surveillance, indeed the archaeologists were constantly accompanied by security guards. Boiling midnight blue dusters made rounds all day. The visit of the chief engineer of the construction site was accompanied by a shower and therefore by the imperative need to protect oneself from the rain, which was done by his umbrella slave, impressive to see who holds positions of power in the south of Meuse. February 2nd, 2026

Today, we were not surprised to discover 2 excavators who started the archaeological excavations in the field just south of La Gare. The archaeologists and some watchmen were able to enjoy a beautiful sunny day in the south of the Meuse. After a week of archaeological excavation to make the way between the ANDRA lab and the Le Juc wood, it is now the turn of La Gare to be inspected. The discovery was not at the rendezvous on the archaeologist’s side after a few holes dug, a brief walk at the bottom of the pit and a GPS marking quickly done well, the holes are immediately filled. Once the research was finished, everyone packed up their machines and left.

It can be expected that the excavations will continue in the vicinity of La Gare next day before the hearing scheduled for February 11 at the court of Bar-le-Duc. Yesterday, we had a really good homemade meal : faux-gras, vol-au-vent with mushroom sauce, vegan paupiets and yam for dessert!

Decembre 15, 2025 – ACAB day at La Gare

We celebrated December 13th at La Gare. The evening in the bricostation was rather successful 🙂 It started with singing and an improvised dance in the dark while we find a solution to the generator that failed us.

The antinuk events are continuing, in the Grand-Est region of fRance, for this month of December ! The two antinuclear evenings that took place recently were a great success : more than 80 people at the evening in Nancy on nuclear and water on December 2 and 70 people in Strasbourg for the evening of December 4 !

It’s been a long time since we updated this info thread ! La Gare is still busy and the gendarmes have calmed down slightly compared to early November. That doesn’t mean that there shouldn’t be more people on site ! Come see us, help us and support us 🙂

Otherwise this week was marked by a successful Matmouth construction site at the resistance house with lots of new improvements to the various collective places and equipment in the area : new shelves, electrical works, electronic repairs, etc.

The Matmouth chantier has started at the “Maison de Résistance” and at the Affranchie ! It’s gone for 8 days of construction and plenty of new storage shelves for the event equipment !

The snow lasted last night, La Gare was too beautiful. We couldn’t dream of a better day to start the chantier 🙂

This evening there’s a moment to talk about La Gare and tomorrow night, there is a folk dance at the 3 valleys!

Last night, it froze ! La Gare and the Meuse were magnificent ! We will soon publish photos of the Meuse under frost. Last night, we were numerous to eat delicious vegan lasagna at the bar-restaurant of the Augustine on Thursday evening. This evening, there is a Jam session at the 3 Vallées bar in Tréveray.

People went to the public information meeting about the DAC (application for authorisation to create, one of the necessary and important administrative steps of the CIGEO project) in Mandres-en-Barrois in order to provide a counter-argument to ANDRA’s lies. Many other information meetings will take place in the near future.

November 5, 2025

There were about fifty of us on Wednesday, November 5 in front of the Bar-le-Duc court to protest against the eviction of the gare. The hearing was postponed to December 17 in order to set a timetable to judge the case, i.e. the use of the police to evict the association that has the gare in charge. The gare will not be legally evictable before 2026 because no decisions will be taken on December 17. We’ll have more infos after the December 17 hearing.

Every Thursday, it’s the weekly bar “Bois le jus” in Mandres-en-Barrois, near Bure. It has been run by activists against CIGEO for 4 years at the Augustine. You can drink and eat there for cheap, it is a ritualized moment of reunion and conviviality.

La Gare will probably not be evicted by November 5th! Indeed, following the visit of the bailiff on October 14, ANDRA launched an eviction procedure in court. The hearing for this procedure is scheduled for November 5, 2025, at the Bar-le-Duc court. We are calling for a rally this November 5th in front of the court starting at noon to eat on site and support La Gare !

La Gare is still not evicted! However, the eviction is approaching. This motivated several infotour dynamics, including one in Compiègne during the mobilization against the mega canal and one in Rennes on October 11. This infotours follow these evenings on october 9 in Marseille, on october 10 in Lorient et it will continue in Normandie on october 17, 19 and 20.

Next concert planned at La Gare : on October 25! Come many to occupy the Gare until then so that the concert can indeed take place at the Gare!

The sun came back to La Gare !

The structures of Septembre Infini have slowly finished being dismantled and La Gare is clean and tidy again!

 

With the end of the dismantling, new projects have taken place so that La Gare remains pleasant to live with the people that has remained there! A great Toto Wash has emerged! And there are plenty of cabin projects.

The program remains busy… like every week, we gathered at the Bar-Resto of the Augustine around a good meal and a drink! And a great evening also took place on Friday at the Gare! Self-management tasks are working and daily life remains peaceful despite the risk of eviction from the Gare on October 11!

This week, a new video, “Gare à la Revanche” was released!
