No news, good news as they say, we’re still at La Gare, there was a small drone flyover surely to observe the various constructions on the roof, the return of the sun pleases our spirits even though the nights are cold, but well, we stay warmer than the climate 😉 lol. The event at La Gare is going well : activities in the afternoon and succulent food brought by BZL (the GOATs). The “prefet”, Xavier Delarue, made an appearance in the press fearing hordes of black blocs from all over France and even Germany. No cops this morning, we’re thinking that we’ll spend the weekend peacefully but in the rain. The bets are open : will we get evicted on Monday, Tuesday, or later in the week? But if we don’t, we’ll derail a eviction together. 1 extra day at La Gare 🙂

Hey, La Gare can now be evicted at any time. We are gradually seeing increased police pressure (ACAB, nevertheless). We see lots of nice dynamics at La Gare, enough to have a good time despite the rain that should join the meeting. A nice little schedule for next week is being prepared, hoping that the eviction won’t take place on Monday or Tuesday, in short, one more day at La Gare.

Last day at La Gare before its eviction. Tomorrow, the bailiff will surely come and confirm that we are still at La Gare and will be able to authorize its expulsion. We are ready at La Gare to receive them ; if you want to join us, it’s always possible to have safe plans for your personal belongings. The police presence has nevertheless increased, with a nightly flight over the helicopter, a post-post at the exit of the forest to observe us, and a car passing by honking its horn or with stromboscopic lights. The bailiff signified a command to leave the premises (“commandement à quitter les lieux”) no later than April 09, 2026, which gives us two weeks of respite to organize ourselves !
To relax, Noisette went for a drink at Bois le Jus, an associative bar at the Augustine in Mandres (3km from La Gare). It bears this name in reference to the occupation of Lejuc Wood in 2016-2018 following illegal defibrillation by ANDRA and then the construction of a wall around the forest. ANDRA wants to raze almost all the wood to put the ventilation chimneys and elevators for the Cigéo project.

Cops were driving around quite a lot yesterday, they even had a warrant to control identities (on foot or in cars) in the surroundings from 5pm to 9pm.
But it didn’t prevent Noisette (Hazelnut) from coming to join the occupation !
Just after their arrival, journalists from the french television (FR3) came to la Gare and asked for an interview. They politely but firmly said no.
After such a long and harrassing day, Noisette fell down on the couch to read a few brochures. They were eager to know more about nuclear industry. There is a lot of text and ressources to be found in the toolkit !
March 23th 2026 – The deliberation of justice has fallen
The deliberation of justice has fallen. The judge of expropriation has validated the eviction from La Gare, and thus, authorizes the use of public force after notification by mail the following days.
La Gare would therefore be evictable with police intervention from today.
In the immediate future, we therefore call on all those who would like to come now to support the occupation of La Gare and its defense.
We stay far away to block the road to ANDRA, against Cigéo and his shitty world! The paper barricades have burned down, but the pallets remain flammable! Everything is good against the deadly project! Come numerous to support La Gare!
In case of expulsion from La Gare, we will trigger the alert on all channels at our disposal. Help us to spread this information as much as possible and come here as soon as possible!
March, 15th 2026 – Spring arrives at La Gare while ANDRA accelerates
Hello friends, accomplices and everyone who hates nuclear power,
It’s been a while since we have not given any news so here is a little update on what is happening here : the occupation of La Gare is now in its sixth month. Like everywhere, spring is coming (whatever the color it takes) and some nights are already surprisingly sweet for this season. The bees are buzzing in the air – sometimes even a drone that thinks itself discreet when it flips above us. A rural idyll south of the Meuse.
Otherwise, daily life takes its course. We take advantage of the good weather to recharge, walk, have picnics, observe nature. We take advantage of the bad weather to discuss politics, have good meals, refine our complicities and friendships.
A strange visit
Two weeks ago, we received a visit from Renaudeau (mayor of Gondrecourt and therefore of Luméville). Accompanied by his grandson of about 10 years, he destroyed all the barricades and trenches on the agricultural road parallel to the south of La Gare using a tractor. At first, we thought of a publicity stunt for the municipal election campaign, but this strange character in the service of ANDRA is the only candidate in the municipality. It would therefore rather be a simple weekend pastime of this declared opponent of the resistance to CIGEO. To be honest, we are quite disgusted by this small family outing and we seriously wonder what the parents of the little one think about it. Projecting his hatred towards us on a young child, teaching him what a pleasure it is to chase people from their homes and also using him as a human shield against the supposedly so dangerous ZADists, it’s at the very least debatable!

In a week, the court of Bar-le-Duc will render its verdict in the summary trial against La Gare. There will therefore also be no mobilization in court this time. Instead, we invite you to come to La Gare on March 23 in the morning to spend the day with us around a good meal and discussions. You can of course arrive earlier at any time and especially stay longer! For all those who come from far away or who have little time : be ready to come to La Gare in case the verdict is negative and immediate expulsion would be possible. The government is asking to accelerate the Cigéo project
The government has reportedly requested to tighten the schedule of the Cigéo project according to the prefect of Haute-Marne, Régine Pam. The public inquiry, initially planned for the autumn, would finally take place in mid-May, two months from now. A public inquiry is above all a travesty of democracy, but it will be the last time that the population will be consulted and given its opinion on the nuclear dustbin. The government could then issue the Creation Authorization Decree as early as September 2026 : it would give the green light to Cigéo.
The brutality of this acceleration of the calendar seems to go hand in hand with the brutalization of the government’s discourse on nuclear power. When, on March 2nd, at Île Longue, Macron parades in front of a missile launcher submarine, it is not to evoke the alleged ecological virtues of the atom. It no longer boasts of green and decarbonized energy but instead recalls that nuclear power is above all at the service of war and imperialism. If it has never been a doubt for us, the assurance with which Macron claims it and the martial staging are enough to scare. They only strengthen our determination.

The audience took place on the 11th, we were present to show our determination. We ate well and there were quite a few people for the small court of Bar-le-Duc, many cops too we understand them : we are really dangerous with our crêpes ! For the content of this hearing, a complete article that elucidates the legal gibber is available here but everything was processed during the hearing, no new postponement. The lawyer from Andra released some sogrunits to surround the judge. But what follows from it is a deliberation on March 23 with the key to the expulsion of La Gare or the referral to the administrative court of Nancy. The banquet that followed this expulsion was succulent with lasagna bureguignonnes, a treat!

No work planned today, we partied well on Saturday night it was nice crếpes with chocolate ganache and good sound. We prepare for the gathering on Wednesday, we meet in front of the court and at La Gare afterwards for the Banquet.

Like yesterday, the work started very early this morning, the difference being that it was ugly, wind and rain at the meeting. It is the meadow next to it that was targeted by excavations under high surveillance, indeed the archaeologists were constantly accompanied by security guards. The visit of the chief engineer of the construction site was accompanied by a shower and therefore by the imperative need to protect oneself from the rain, which was done by his umbrella slave, impressive to see who holds positions of power in the south of Meuse. Today, we were not surprised to discover 2 excavators who started the archaeological excavations in the field just south of La Gare. The archaeologists and some watchmen were able to enjoy a beautiful sunny day in the south of the Meuse. After a week of archaeological excavation to make the way between the ANDRA lab and the Le Juc wood, it is now the turn of La Gare to be inspected. The discovery was not at the rendezvous on the archaeologist’s side after a few holes dug, a brief walk at the bottom of the pit and a GPS marking quickly done well, the holes are immediately filled. Once the research was finished, everyone packed up their machines and left.
It can be expected that the excavations will continue in the vicinity of La Gare next day before the hearing scheduled for February 11 at the court of Bar-le-Duc. The two antinuclear evenings that took place recently were a great success : more than 80 people at the evening in Nancy on nuclear and water on December 2 and 70 people in Strasbourg for the evening of December 4 !

Otherwise this week was marked by a successful Matmouth construction site at the resistance house with lots of new improvements to the various collective places and equipment in the area : new shelves, electrical works, electronic repairs, etc.

La Gare will probably not be evicted by November 5th! Indeed, following the visit of the bailiff on October 14, ANDRA launched an eviction procedure in court. The hearing for this procedure is scheduled for November 5, 2025, at the Bar-le-Duc court. We are calling for a rally this November 5th in front of the court starting at noon to eat on site and support La Gare !

La Gare is still not evicted! However, the eviction is approaching. This motivated several infotour dynamics, including one in Compiègne during the mobilization against the mega canal and one in Rennes on October 11. This infotours follow these evenings on october 9 in Marseille, on october 10 in Lorient et it will continue in Normandie on october 17, 19 and 20.
Next concert planned at La Gare : on October 25! Come many to occupy the Gare until then so that the concert can indeed take place at the Gare!

The sun came back to La Gare !
The structures of Septembre Infini have slowly finished being dismantled and La Gare is clean and tidy again!
With the end of the dismantling, new projects have taken place so that La Gare remains pleasant to live with the people that has remained there! A great Toto Wash has emerged! And there are plenty of cabin projects.
The program remains busy… like every week, we gathered at the Bar-Resto of the Augustine around a good meal and a drink! And a great evening also took place on Friday at the Gare! Self-management tasks are working and daily life remains peaceful despite the risk of eviction from the Gare on October 11!
